A big thank you to Mr Robertson. Sadly we lost our whippet Archie while on holiday it was touch and go whether we cut out holiday,short and go home. Pet Heaven to the rescue and Archie was back with us the following day. Stayed for the last remaining days and Archie came with us in spirit. Lovely quick service, with a framed paw print, clipping of Archies coat and a bottle wine to celebrate Archies time with us. Highly recommended this Pet Heaven for your precious pets final journey.

Sadly I lost me wee Yorkshire Terrier Buddy on Friday 5th September 2025. I didn’t want to leave him with the Vet so brought him home with me. I contacted Pet Heaven on Monday 8th September 2025 and spoke to Forbes Robertson. Forbes could not have been more kind or considerate. I took Buddy to Pet Heaven at 1pm that same day. Forbes took us into a lovely room to enable us to say our farewell to Buddy. It was so peaceful. Forbes offered us tea and or coffee. After saying our goodbyes, we left Buddy with Forbes and I got him back the same day at 5:30pm. Buddy’s Ashes were in a lovely Scatter Tube that I had chosen and Forbes had also included a framed paw print, Forget Me Not Seeds and a lock of Buddy’s hair. Forbes had also very kindly included a bottle of wine to toast Buddy. I would 100% recommend Pet Heaven. Thank you Forbes.

On Tuesday I received the devastating news that my beloved Cass had a huge tumour and had to make the hardest decision of my life to let her go to sleep. I called Forbes and he was so kind, offered to go and collected her at the vets but I needed to do that myself. He stayed late to wait on me bringing her to him. He was so kind and asked about Cass and that he would sort everything for me and gave me time with her before I left her.
The next day he called and left me a msg to say he had a “wee girl waiting to be picked up” that melted my heart, what kind words. I went to collect her and he had her wee blanket all folded for me, her ashes, a bottle of wine to toast her, paw print, hair clippings and a packet of forget me not seeds to sew for her. He took the time to talk and wasn’t rushing you in any way. He too had a tear.
What a lovely personal service Forbes provides during a terrible time. He could not do more to try and make things easier. And having wee Cass home within 24hours was the best I could ask for!
He genuinely cares! I can’t thank you enough Forbes xx

We lost our cat early hours this morning, contacted Forbes and within a few hours we had our cat back with us!??

Losing my pet bunny was an incredibly painful experience, but Pet heaven provided compassionate and professional support during this difficult time. From the moment I contacted them, they showed genuine care and understanding, Mr Forbes was patient in explaining the cremation process and the options available, ensuring I felt comfortable with my decision. They handled my wee pride and joy with the utmost respect, and I was grateful for their sensitivity. The service was outstanding i brought my bunny down in the morning and received her back the same day im so grateful for them, and the memorial items I received are a beautiful way to remember my beloved pet. I highly recommend Pet heaven to anyone seeking a respectful and caring way to honor their pet’s memory. Their kindness made a significant difference during a time of grief.

The service we received at Pets Heaven Ayr was truly exceptional at this difficult time. Forbes went above and beyond. Our precious girl, Millie crossed the Rainbow Bridge at 6.45pm on 23 July 2025. Forbes said he would wait for us to get there.
He was so caring and understanding. We got our girl back the next morning. Forbes had her casket ready along with some hair, a paw print, seeds to plant and a toast.

After my beloved boy passed very suddenly at such a young age I was at an utter loss. I contacted Forbes who was nothing but a gentleman from start to finish, making a devastating process a little easier.
I arrived with my boy and spent some time in the family room, we both where treated with nothing but kindness and respect. I was able to collect him in less than 24hours in a beautiful little urn, with a framed paw print, some of his hair and a bottle of wine to toast a short but very beautiful life. Our wee boy left us as 1.30pm and by 5 pm we were back home with his ashes. This was only possible due to the care and professionalism of Forbes. I would like to thank everyone at pet heaven i had to unfortunately have my beautiful girl doodles put to sleep from cancer suddenly she went at home on Friday afternoon and was collected first thing on Saturday morning. Doodles was returned home to me in a beautiful scatter tube with paw print a packet of forget me nots and a bottle of wine and little bag of my girls fur, I will be forever grateful for the love you showed her and for looking after her for me in this devastating time. After losing my beloved cat Skye. I came across pet heaven and Forbes was so helpful in opening out if hours for us, on a holiday weekend, due to my work commitments. I Can’t thank him enough for helping me at this sad and stressful time. Dropped my girl off on Saturday evening and I had her back home on Sunday evening. Lovely touches added also. After losing my baby boy during the night on Good Friday I luckily found pet heaven to take care of his cremation. I cannot praise the service high enough, even though it was a holiday weekend I was seen straight away & told I could come collect my boys remains even though they were technically closed. The way I received his ashes were so heartfelt and the attention to detail I cannot even describe how perfect it is. I received not only his ashes in a lovely little container but his paw print, some of his fur, some forget-me-not seeds to plant to remember him and a thoughtful bottle of wine. I cannot recommend this place enough, you helped make a horrible situation a whole lot better and I’ll forever be thankful!

Forbes is an absolute gentleman. Our cat died in the small hours of Saturday night and he very kindly opened up to us (out of hours) with no notice on Sunday morning without hesitation. The lengths he went to were way above his remit throughout the process and he really overdelivered from all aspects from start to finish. If you live anywhere near the Ayr area I see no reason why you would choose anyone else. Thanks so much to Forbes and needless to say Pet Heaven comes very highly recommended from both myself and my family. Thanks again buddy.

I can’t express how much Pet Heaven made the losing of our 11 year old beddy terrier Bella, a lot easier and comforting.
From the moment we contacted Forbes he assisted us in the process of saying a proper goodbye to our much loved family member. The thought of leaving her at the vets to be cremated with anyone elses pets and whenever (please research this !) was unbearable and I knew when I spoke to Forbes he was offering the complete opposite of what I feared.

His set up is so wonderful and the moment we arrived he unwrapped her out of her blanket and laid her out for us to see and spend some extra time . For me this was everything and instead of just leaving her at the vets we had time with a cup of tea laughing and crying and reminiscing about all the things she got up to over the years.
Within 24 hours (arrived in the late afternoon and was ready to be collected 9am next day) we had our girl back home and Forbes had provided us with a lovely scatter tube , pawprint in frame , fur clipping , forget me not seeds and bottle of wine to toast her. The thought that has went into this is incredible and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the service you provided on our girls last journey. It made the whole horrible time much more bearable and I will use you again and recommend to everyone. If you’re having any doubts don’t! You will be well looked after and it will give complete peace of mind .

When the life of a treasured ‘Furry Friend’ so very sadly comes to an end ‘Pet Heaven’ offers compassion and care Providing a service that few can compare.

We recently had to let my our big beautiful girl go for her final sleep she was 12.5 year old Rottweiler. Forbes Robertson was very professional and I had her back home the very next day. She came home with her paw print framed and lovely gesture of a bottle of wine to toast to her memory.
The services that Pet Heaven offers I would highly recommend to use as it was highly professional and we were treated with empathy and Kindness. My beautiful girl got the love, care and respect she deserved.

Lost our beloved boy Shadow this week. Luckily I had read about pet heaven and knew when the time came I wanted him to go there. So thankful to Forbes and his assistance with Shadows final journey. Shadow was treated with so much dignity and we got as much time as we wanted with him in the bereavement room to say our final goodbyes as a family.

We always did the best for Shadow for his 12 years of life and taking him to pets heaven was the last good thing we could do for him. He was only away from us for the afternoon then we got a phone call saying our boy was ready to come home. Along with his casket we got some locks of his hair, a framed paw print, some forget me knot seeds to scatter and a bottle of wine to toast our absent boy. So very thoughtful and having him home with us that night and not away for weeks made a traumatic day just a little easier to cope with.

Would definitely recommend your services to anyone going through the same situation. Shadow was treated with the love and respect he deserved and it meant so much to us.

What a loving and caring experience in such devastating circumstances. Have used the vets cremation services for my other dogs in the past, but having worked in the pet industry for multiple years I’d learned that vets only get pick ups once a week, and your beloved pet is put in deep freeze until they are picked up. I wasn’t letting that happen to my beloved Millie.

I contacted pets heaven on the morning of the day I was having Millie PTS, and couldn’t have asked for a kinder more caring man to take care of her on her journey over the rainbow bridge.

While it was late on in the day that we said goodbye to my furry nutter, they accommodated us.

Having previously used a big name vet practice for 2 previous cremations of my fur babies this was my first time using pets heaven and the difference is immeasurable. The service was amazing and catered to our wishes of keeping both mum and daughter together. I received my girls back home the same day that they crossed over the bridge which is amazing as I have previously had an extensive wait with other pet cremations. Pets heaven even went above and beyond expectations of giving me the girls paw prints in a lovely frame. I will definitely use again should I need to and will definitely recommend to all my friends and family
